Time Commitment
Being involved with and working for the European Scout Region requires a certain time commitment, depending on the role, whether as a member of a working group, as consultatnt or as member of a standing committee of task force.

For example, a "member of a working group" would be required to:
- attend two working weekends per year;
- participate in two monthls confrence calls (over two hours each);
- work in between meetings (average of 20 hours a month).

As another example, a "consultant" would typically anbd for each engagment be requested to be available for:
- a preparatory conference call (three hours);
- a one or two-day visit;
- follow-up conference calls as required;
- filing a formal completion report;
- writing a short news article for sharing the experience.
